First visit to Matt. Thursday's massage was exactly what I needed after a year since my last one. Welcoming and professional, he attended to specific areas as requested. I've been coming to Matt for a few years and each massage gets better and better. Being able to attend more now, Matt has developed a style and understanding of what works for me and what my body needs. This really enables him to get into the areas that need attention and help. On top of that he's always welcoming, friendly and makes you feel at home. The environment he creates is as much a part of the service he provides as the massage itself. He's also provided me with information on warming up and down around exercise to prevent future injury. I've had several massages from Matt and he is second to none. Very good at what he does and extremely adaptable to your aches and pains and focuses on the areas that need attention.
