this treatment focuses on individual muscles and the pressure used is deep/intense in order to thoroughly work the injured tissue and resolve the problem.

SPORTS MASSAGE
a firm and sometimes deep massage used for toning and conditioning muscles ready for your next event or post event to aid recovery. Advice on remedial stretches/exercise given where appropriate.

SENSUAL MASSAGE
a Swedish massage where ALL areas of the body are massaged, and the whole experience is more......intimate in nature.
